ginger ale, not beer!

mood: embarrassed

Whoops, Dom bought ginger ale, not beer. He said a while ago that he had given up alcohol, maybe on a talk show, anyone remember?

semaphore27 and berreh put me right, so very gently and politely. I didn't catch it because I didn't recognize the brand of ginger ale. My bad, esp. because I love ginger ale and ginger beer.

I wasn't trying to lay the correction smackdown or anything. I don't care if he was buying ginger ale or Natty Light or Slim Fast, because it's none of my business. I just get detail-OCD like that sometimes. ♥ ♥

I don't remember where he mentioned giving up alcohol, but I must have read the same article/heard the same talk show. My first thought, though, was, Mmm... Reed's ginger beer. That sure would taste good about now.

The guy has good taste in his non-alcoholic beverages.*g*

That so kills so much of my fiction.

Good thing it's fiction.

Anything set during filming can have Dom drinking, just not for the last year or two. Or, fanonic license can take care of it.

Bunnies are good!

Mm, fanonic license. And I do set most things either during filming, just after, or in vague unmentioned time periods. So I guess it's all right.

Hi. You don't know me, but for some reason, I'm getting what appears to be spam email for you, which doesn't make sense to me. I would've emailed you, except that I'm a little unsure that the email would've gotten to you, if that makes any sense. The emails I've received have been adressed to "msilverstar@livejournal.com", so why I'm getting them is beyond me. And it's entirely probable that you don't want these spams (and who could blame you? :) ) or maybe they're not spams. *shrug* But I just wanted to let you know, in case other mail starts getting forwarded to me. I wouldn't have written, but it's happened a few times now, enough that I remembered seeing your name. Anyway, hope all is well with you. :)

Those damn spammers. They just collect email addresses, put one on the "to" line and bcc (blind carbon-copy) a whole bunch of other ones. You're seeing my name because ms is before mu. Anyway, it's just horrible spam and you should delete it. (In a previous job, I was a project manager for an email program, I learned all about those things.)
